We recommend registering as early as possible, as spaces are limited in our retreats. The registration is considered final as soon as you made your online booking and payment. If you register additional participants as a booker, you are responsible for their contractual obligations (in particular payment of the travel price) as well as for your own obligations. Please keep the registration deadlines of the individual retreats, if there are such offers.
Confirmation and Information
After your booking you will receive confirmation e-mails from us by email. The detailed travel program with all information about your booking you will receive until about three weeks before departure also by e-mail. If you have not received it upon seven days before departure, please contact us urgently (firstname.lastname@example.org)
European travel insurance
Insurance against any cancellation costs is voluntary. However, we strongly recommend that you make a travel insurance.
Of course, participating in our program is voluntary, but you will not receive any refund if you only participate in certain offers. There is no refund if you omit the program or only use part of it. Any special costs incurred as a result of or in connection with changes in the intended itinerary for reasons relating to the participant(s) during the journey (eg costs resulting from late arrival at the point of origin of the journey or early return, costs of reparation, hospital or hotel stays, including travel companions, as a result of indisposition, illness or accident, or failure to comply with the arrangement of the retreat management, any extra day due to unintended or unforeseen extension of the stay due to natural disasters, force majeure, strikes, wars, crises) are at the expense of the participant and must be paid immediately to the respective claimant.
All content, information, data, text, illustrations, photographs, images, products, artwork, designs, video, audio, logos and trademarks provided on this Website (collectively the “Content”) are owned by fitnessholiday and are protected by copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights.

The license you are granting to fitnessholiday is non-exclusive, fully paid, royalty-free, worldwide, and may be sublicensed to the extent necessary (such as in connection with content delivery networks that provide this Website). This means that you will not be compensated for our use of the content in any manner.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the right to grant the license set forth in this section and you have the right to use and control the content posted, and (ii) the posting of your content on our Website does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of any content you post on this Website. See “Copyright Policy” below.
Your submission will not be treated as confidential. Accordingly, you should not post to this Website any comments, ideas, information or anything else to this Website that you wish to keep from the public. Moreover, fitnessholiday, in its discretion, may use any ideas, concepts or techniques contained in any communication you send to this Website in any way whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing such products. Fitnessholiday will not pay you for using these ideas, concepts or techniques.
You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes. Unacceptable uses of the Website include without limitation: (i) engaging in any illegal activity or the planning of any illegal activity; (ii) disseminating or transmitting statements or material that, to a reasonable person, may be abusive, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, harassing, grossly offensive, vulgar, threatening or malicious; (iii) creating, disseminating or transmitting files, graphics, software or other material that actually or potentially infringes the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, publicity or other intellectual property rights of any person; (iv) creating a false identity or otherwise attempting to mislead any person as to the identity or origin of any communication; (v) exporting, re-exporting or permitting the downloading of any message, software or content in violation of any export or import law, regulation or restriction of the United States and its agencies or authorities, or without all required approvals, licenses or exemptions; (vi) interfering, disrupting or attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts on the Website or any other computer network; (vii) disseminating or transmitting viruses, worms, Trojan horses, RATs, keyboard loggers, time bombs, spyware, adware, cancelbots or any other malicious or invasive code or program; or (viii) engaging in any other activity deemed by fitnessholiday to be in conflict with the spirit or intent of this Website.
Fitnessholiday may refuse to post and may delete or edit any or all of the materials that you send to this Website. Fitnessholiday may also delete any registration at any time for any reason without notice or liability.
You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to others without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
In addition, fitnessholiday’s policy is to terminate the privileges and rights to use this Website of any user who has infringed the intellectual property rights of another, whether repeatedly or in a single instance, upon receipt of proper notification to fitnessholiday by the copyright owner or the copyright owner’s legal agent. Fitnessholiday is not obligated to monitor postings to determine copyright ownership, but we may so monitor if we choose at any time and from time to time. Availability and selection of the products sold on this Website are subject to supply. All product descriptions, specifications, colors, and prices are subject to change by fitnessholiday at any time without notice. Please note that the particular technical specifications and settings of your computer and its display could affect the accuracy of its display of the colors of products offered herein.
Reservation and cancellation terms
When you make your booking, you fill out a booking process form with your contact information and payment details. The transmission of personal data is considered acceptance and approval of the general terms and conditions and our data protection regulations. After booking, you will receive a confirmation by email. Your credit card, or your preferred payment method, will be charged during the booking process and after your booking has been approved. You assure and guarantee to fitnessholiday that your chosen payment method is valid and that you are entitled to use it. You agree to update your account information quickly if changes are made to the details of your selected payment method, including but not limited to your credit card number, billing address, or confirmation codes. You give fitnessholiday permission to use updated credit card information that has been sent directly to fitnessholiday by your credit card company. If you dispute any fees, you must inform fitnessholiday within thirty (30) days of your reservation. If we have difficulty authorizing your payment method or if it is otherwise incorrect, we can suspend or cancel your reservation. Accordingly, if your payment method fails, we may take steps to retry the payment and contact you to provide an alternative payment method. Fitnessholiday is not responsible for any feed you incur when topping up or repeatedly attempting to debit your chosen payment method, including, but not limited to, feed for exceeding the limit of the chosen payment method.
Cancellation up to 30 days before departure
If you cancel the booking 30 days of earlier, the entire amount will be fully refunded minus an administration fee of CHF 50.00 per booking. In this case and depending on availability, you can postpone your stay to a later date or to another camp.
Cancellation from 30 days before departure
In the event of cancellation within 30 days of the booked offer, no refund can be offered. If we can fill your place with another guest, we will refund the booking in full, minus an administration fee of CHF 50.00 per booking. Refunds cannot be offered for later arrivals or departures.
Payment and cancellation conditions are consistently applied and enforced.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance from a suitable provider.
Perform the retreat in exceptional conditions
If the retreat cannot start for the following reasons, there will be no refund. These include exceptional circumstances such as: war, strike or incidents, whose effects are similar to the above examples, such as civil unrest, authority arbitrariness, sovereign orders (eg state prohibitions, restrictive measures contrary to previous practice, etc.), epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters, technical defects on the transport device and force majeure. In the cases mentioned, you are not entitled to repayment of the contributions made for the arrangement.
COVID-19 im Juli & August 2021
We strive to carry out all our offers according to the relevant details. Should this not be possible due to the COVID-19 measures in force during the offer, we will refrain from adapting the offers accordingly. As long as it is possible to carry out offers in a modified form, we will not refuse or cancel them, but make them possible.
If it is not possible to carry out the measures applicable at the time of the offer, the amount paid will be refunded in full, minus an administration fee of CHF 50.00 per booking.
DURING A FITNESSHOLIDAY
Information specific to you and your stay, including health issues, personal requests, service or payment-related issues may be stored in our database and may be combined with information from previous visits to better assist you during your time with us. Please alert us if you do not want personal preferences shared. In addition, we may retain the content of any document (including letters, comment cards, electronic documents such as e-mails and other similar forms of communication) that you send us before, during or following your stay. This information may be shared with employees of fitnessholiday but will not be shared with any third party other than those contractually engaged by us for a specific, related purpose. If you do not wish to submit such medical information to fitnessholiday, or do not want us to share this information with our on-site contractors and third-party service providers, you may indicate your wishes upon booking and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Privacy of Fellow Guests
We understand that you, like our other guests, want to enjoy your time with fitnessholiday in privacy and come to fitnessholiday with the expectation that your privacy will be maintained. We ask that you not publically (including all forms of social media) disclose the names or other identifying information (occupation, images, etc.) of any other guests you might meet or see while being with fitnessholiday or any information you might learn about those guests during or following your stay without their permission. While we make reasonable efforts to protect the privacy of all guests at fitnessholiday, we have no way to ensure that any guests will comply with our requests for non-disclosure.
Risk of sports accidents
If you injure yourself in yoga, meditation, hiking or any other activity, we will not be liable for any accidents of bodily harm that you incur on our retreats. You exercise at your own risk and are responsible for your own personal accident insurance. With your online booking and the payment of the travel price, you sign a disclaimer of liability, which exempts fitnessholiday from any liability in the event of injuries on-site, regardless of the time or activity involved in the injury.
Liability of luggage
No liability can be assumed for items and baggage that remains during a stay or during the journey. Even with theft, damage or accidents, any liability is rejected.
Liability for damage
We accept no liability for damage caused by you. In the event of intentional or grossly negligent damage to inventory, installations, etc. or in the event of damaging behavior, the respective person(s) shall be removed immediately and without warning from the location and the retreat. The resulting costs shall be fully incurred by the person(s) responsible.
It is your own responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of valid travel documents such as an identity card, passport and/or additional visa when you start your journey. You are personally responsible for the valid travel documents.
